For a period of 6 months (calculated from the date of dispatch of the delivery until receipt of the written notice of defects by us, assuming regular eight-hour daily operation), we assume a warranty for proper construction and good workmanship of the goods delivered by us in such a way that we will, at our expense, repair or replace at our discretion all those parts which prove to be unsuitable due to the use of poor material, faulty construction or defective condition.
The defective goods are to be sent to us immediately free of charge and will be returned to our ownership.
In the event of a justified notice of defects, our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts. We shall not be liable for any further direct or indirect damage. If we declare ourselves unable to remedy defects for which we are responsible, the rights of the customer are limited to the return of the goods against repayment of the purchase price; any further claims are excluded for the customer.
We do not assume any warranty if changes or interventions are made to the goods delivered by us without our consent.
