Returns
There is the possibility of returning our products within 14 days after receipt. Any charges for packing, transport or transport insurance for shipments as well as for returns have to be taken by you.
If you wish to return an article please send an e-mail to info@hoogs.de mentioning customer and order number. We will send you a returns sticker from UPS then. Please put this returns sticker on your address on the parcel and bring it to the nearest UPS collection point or arrange for the collection by UPS www.ups.com.
Refunding
We will create a credit note for each return which arrives at ours in good order and condition and inform you by e-mail about your personal credit note number. The refunding can take 6 up to 10 workdays, depending on bank institution. Refunds will be invoiced in EUR just like payments. Possible losses due to currency fluctuations are not reimbursed.
Die Rückerstattung erfolgt in derselben Währung wie der Kauf. Eventuelle Verluste durch Währungsschwankungen werden nicht erstattet.
